The black color is probably built up blood in some part of the eye- similar to bruising. If it's not causing your dog any pain, then don't worry too much about it. When your vet opens, make sure you schedule an appointment immidiately. Explain the problem to the vet(or receptionist on the other end) and that might get you bumped up to a sooner appointment.
In the mean time, make sure she can see out of that eye clearly. Put your hand over the non-injured eye and move your finger close to the other. Avoid all the whiskers and see if she blinks. Just be careful not to touch her eye. ; ) Good luck!

Take your dog to an emergency 24 hour hospital. Your dog could have a torn retina and that could lead to blindness.
I understand YOUR vet is closed but if you got hurt would you wait till YOUR doctor was open or would you go to a hospital?
