By recognizing that no one can mentally control your thoughts. Other people may influence you by their words and actions, but you are apparently an adult and certainly have the right to say "NO!" to anyone or anything. It is time for you to take control of your life and not use an excuse such as "he made me do it".

try and blank out your mind do things around the house it's quite easy when u get the hang of it resist the temptation of having a flotation while your minds not concentrating don't do no more hatin

put up a personal block, close your eyes , imagine pulling soen a shade behind your eyelids , you can see out but no one can see in or enter your mind in any way . say aloud" I close my mind to any intruders." Mind control and the psyche work by intention . no one can enter into your space without your permission if you are aware and close the entrance.

Hypnotism only works if you want it to, no one can make you do things you don't want to through any kind of mental technique short of quite literally opening up your head and figuring out how to stimulate your muscles.

Realize that it doesn't exist. Nothing is more powerful that human will, and yours cannot be taken until you let it.
Be strong - serve God only - know that if you do, beautiful heaven awaits - is a line from one of my fave songs in high school.

There isn't any such thing. Stop believing in it, if you can't do it on your own tell a medical doctor.
