I'm 15 years old, and I feel my arms are too skinny, and my abs are too small. If I make a commitment doing 20 push ups and 40 sit ups daily, By June will I see an improvment on my body, or am i doing something that will make a minimal difference? Are there any other techniques I could do? Answers much appreicated :)

That's really not much exercise...I don't think it will produce results, and even if it does, it will be VERY minimal.
You're only 15 though, so I wouldn't recommend much weight lifting yet....

I would start doing that amount of push ups and sit ups, but gradually increase the amount. Maybe do 20 push ups this week, and try 25 next week, etc. Don't push yourself too much, but you will need to increase it in order to see results by June.
Good luck :)

It sounds a bit too little...why don't you try doing 50 situps when you wake up in the morning, and 20 push-ups. Then before you go to bed do 50 situps and 20 push-ups also. You should probably visit a gym or buy some weights and focus on your arms with the weights--you can find a lot of weight and arm exercises on the internet and in magazines too

That's not really a whole lot. If you want to just do manual exercising as opposed to doing weights, I would suggest doing more push-ups and more sit-ups. Do four sets of twenty push-ups a day. One in the morning. One in the afternoon. One in the evening. One before you go to bed. Do four sets of forty sit-ups as well at the same time.

Do the push-ups on your knuckles. It won't help your arms any, but it'll toughen your knuckles so that if you ever punch someone you won't hurt your hand.

Actually.. that's bad advice... don't get in any fights!

yeah, you will see a difference, usually. I'm younger than you and I can do more than 40 pushups in a row.

Gosh, you don't even have to do that everyday. Just 3 times a week would give you such vast improvement. Good enough, yes?
