I am holding a circle on Ostara and I need some advise from a wise practitioner. What are some good spells and chants to use for my Ostara ritual? I've never held my own circle before. I've always attended others' circles, and so other than the basics of a circle (like invoking the elements) I don't really know what to do!!! Help!

If you'll give me a few minutes, I'll see if I can dig up the Ostara ritual our group did a couple of years back...

Darn it, I can't track down the paperwork! As I recall, we invoked the Goddess as Isis and the God as Horus, Her son... I'll look again later this evening. In the meantime, you might find the following useful:

"O Great Goddess, you have freed yourself from the icy prison of winter. Now is the greening, when the fragrance of
flowers drifts on the breeze. This is the beginning. Life renews itself by Your magick, Earth Goddess. The God
stretches and rises, eager in His youth and bursting with the promise of the coming summer."

The most powerful spells and chants ever used are the ones you create yourself. Your own writing will have more power than anything you will ever find in a book because you put your own energy into it. Blessed Be!

Download the Alexandrian BoS. It has the proper rituals for all eight Sabbats.

I can help you with what to do. Do none of it.
I don't mean any offense, sincerely, but I'm telling you that what you are doing is not a good idea at all. You are opening yourself up, as well as your household, your children if any, your family, to God only knows what.
I am not saying that these rituals cannot produce - what I am saying is that when you toy around with these sorts of things, you have no idea what exactly it is that you will produce.
Its a bad idea, and I want you to know you are officially warned: Do not do it, please.

The "Expelliarmus" charm disarms your opponent.

The "Alohomora" charm opens locked objects.

Use the "Incendio" spell to start a fire.

umm...what is that? Isn't that like witchcraft or something? If it is that is a sin, by the way.
