I heard from people who were there, that mary jo was passed out in the backseat of his car and he didn't know it. He took some married woman from the party to make out with on a blanket. While they were playing hanky panky Mary jo woke up from her stuper, didn't know where she was, and accidently put the car in neutral and rolled into the water. Ted and his adulteress freaked out and went back to the party where they found out Mary jo was missing and didn't figure out she was in the car till hours (and many cocktails ) later. They all got their stories straight before they called the police. Anybody got any other info?

This is not the version of this story that the Kapechne's got.
Ted Kennedy is a lying, murdering, self-serving, obese alcoholic.

Never heard that tale before. I believe Ted is still a murderer once for her Mary and the second time for what he is doing to the country. I still never figured why so many MA citizens can't see through the Kennedy name.

I suggest you read about it for yourself and pay no attention to what "people who were there" tell you. Kennedy drove off a bridge and Mary Jo drowned. Try the following website:

More leftist propaganda to try and keep the golden family in everyone good graces. Face it he is a drunk that killed someone and got away with it.

No, speculation about this incident is still rampant, after all these decades.
