Here's my dad's ultra awesome choc-chip cookie recipe.
These are a favorite at school bake sales & we give tubs of cookie dough for teacher presents. Only complaint we’ve had is that it doesn’t come with a spoon. This makes a huge batch - about 5 pounds of dough, so plan to share some or freeze for later.
Dan's Ultra Awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies
In large bowl, cream together:
2 cups softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
Add:
1 1/2 Tablespoons real vanilla
3 jumbo or 4 medium size eggs
In separate bowl, sift:
3 cups white flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Add flour to butter mixture, then add:
3 cups chocolate chips
Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes, cool on wire rack. Dough can be refrigerated or frozen.

Quiche Lorraine is a traditional French dish that is absolutely amazing! I am in love with it, completely in love
http://www.virtualcities.com/ons/pa/r/para5011.htm
Quick Quiche
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 cup favorite meat (dried beef, hamburger, ham, sausage, pork roll).
Brown meat and onion (until clear). Blend other ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir in meat and onion. Place into a 9-inch deep-dish, sprayed or buttered pie pan (glass pan is best). Let stand 10 minutes and place into half of preheated oven; bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until center sets. Let stand for at least 5 minutes. Then serve!
Dust with cheese for more flavor and depth, preferably Parmigano, Romano or Parmesan.
For a more cheesier quiche, top with a good Fontina or Gruyere or even Munster for a sharp bite
You can also include some vegetables like peas or brocoli or spinach (usually the classic vegetable ingredient).
If you want, you can omit the onions, but I think they add to the flavor.
You can also add some roasted garlic for a tangier and savoury flavor, but you may want to spare yourself some bad breath
