'The Martin Agency' (www.martinagency.com) in Richmond, Virginia are currently doing work for Nascar I believe. Depending on what you're after, Young & Rubicam (www.yr.com) used to do work for them I think and some of the Sprint/Nextel work for it's Nascar sponsorship is currently done by TBWA/Chiat/Day (www.tbwachiat.com) and Publicis Hal Riney (www.hrp.com).
