Get your dog a Kong toy which is made of really hard rubber and is good to chew on. Also, a hard rubber toy with bumps on it is good.

A handout at many puppy kindergarten, including mine is what to give your teething puppy.
-Get some old dish towels and cloths that you no longer need. Tie it in knots, soak it in water, throw it in a baggy and freeze it. They make great teething toys, they're cheap and you can throw them away once puppy is done. (Remember to take them out of the baggy before giving them to the pup)
-Ice cubes or cubes made from boullion.
-Kongs are good and last a long time. Buy one for the size your dog will be not a small one. They hate to give them up.
Bones, cooked or raw are bad. They can splinter and end up causing throat or intestinal damage.
Never leave your puppy alone chewing on something that can break into pieces, you don't want an accident to happen. The exception here is ice cubes and kongs.

Hi There, Not really, they are pretty much like babies, only fall out
on themselves. So don't be shocked if you find one on the floor/carpet, nor be surprised if he does odd gestures with his mouth and swallows it, its calcium, tiny, and natural. But please
don't interrupt him while he does this! Unless he's having a very hard time as "I did and pulled the one that was lose yet still coming in, just sit back and Mother Nature will take her coarse.
And as she/he grows allow him 2 get used to u brushing his teeth
after they're there, as if tarter builds the dog as us will swallow, per usual but the particle's in the tarter will eventually end up at 1
part of his stomach, which may be an organ causes sickness r
death. That's why u star brushing early so he gets used to u doing it and fondling all his paws for when it comes clipper time on his nails, he'll be better doing it now with his own set of clippers. He won't need toothpaste till there all in, but while he's teething lot of solid rubber chew toys, even icecubes with parsley
4 nice smelling breath crushed, a bit if chicken bouillon. But be careful they're like babie's too strong he'll get diaherra or sick. I hope you're going to put him on kibbles my Jack Russell's are on a strictly fish diet as one is allergic to yeast/tomato paste.
All the Best to r new member of the Family!

Get the dog a lot of chew toys! This is very important because when dogs are teething and have no chew toys, they chew on everything from your favorite shoes to your arm which really hurts. When my dog was teething, I bought all kinds of chew toys; soft ones, chewy ones, hard ones, furry ones etc. When I found what kind he liked, I bought him of only those kinds and I bought a lot. When you buy a lot of chew toys your dog likes, it will be busy chewing on those toys and not your possesions.

Yes. A Konga ball works great. You stuff dog treats in them and it keeps your dog entertained for a good while. The rubber material of the ball sooths the teething discomfort.Good luck!

When my puppie was teething we looked in the baby part for teething toys, but do not get anything that has liquid in it bacause that is a mess. Just buy something that is hard so he/she can bite on it. Good luck will your dog!

Natural Pig Ears - no rawhide, worked well for us.
These will get soft as they chew.
Keep an eye on puppy to be sure he chews it up as it gets smaller and does not swallow whole.

take an old towel or washcloth, cut it into 2 inch wide, 5 inch long strips.
Soak them in water, roll them like fruit rollups and put them in the freezer. Once frozen, give them to the dog and he/she will use the frozen cloth to soothe their gums.
While you wait you can even give them an ice cube.
