i was denied a ral but accepted for a 500.00 instant loan and hsbc bank is telling me they have no record of a deposit when am i going to pay the 500.00 who is lying and does it really take 2 or 3 days to process other people recieve them the same day

You used a 3rd party to process your refund, the Bank that received your refund is holding you up, not the IRS

Yes, the IRS is not at fault. It sounds like your deposit was sent to HSBC, but remember that HSBC holds the availability of your deposit according to its Funds Avaialbility Policy.
You should see it at HSBC within a few business days. This probably explains why their customer service reps cannot see it at this point in time.

Call your tax preparer on Monday and ask them the efile status. They will know if the money was deposited at HSBC and you should be receiving a check for any proceeds not used to pay the preparer and the instant loan to HSBC.

HSBC usually takes two to three business days to post the deposit.

if the irs deposited it on friday it might take a business day for the bank to credit it..
