You're only 12 and you're worried about losing weight? You weigh less than my sister (age 11), who is the same height as you and 110; and she's basically a beanpole.

If you want to walk and do squats to tone up, that's fine; but -as mom told li'l sis- you're still growing and that extra weight will develop into curves as you get older.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

At your age, anything you do can, and will work. However, don't be too extreme about this... Remember you are only 12, and your body needs the fat to grow. (Guys stop growing around the 20 age, and girls I think are 18, but I don't remember this too well)

When people talk about fat, they are actually talking about a lipid compound named "Triglyceride". Lipids are highly central to your health and functioning correctly. People who go too extreme about losing "fat" actually hurt themselves, often times really badly.

I think you shouldn't worry about this at your stage in life. Just be sincere about exercise, but don't go overboard. If people know you exercise a lot, then they shouldn't have anything to say. As for the people who still talk, you'll find those kinds of people all your life, so you should just ignore them.

Good luck :)

When boredom, depression, or stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way in order to meet them such as taking a walk, calling a friend, choosing a bath, reading a book, or doing some yoga.
