Home made is by far the better.
You get to choose the ingredients
You add what you want. (no hidden additives)

Homemade food by a mile. Fast food is full of toxic, artificial ingredients, dyes, sanitizers, etc. Homemade, you know exactly what you are eating. A good example would be to look up the ingredients in a McDonalds fry-so many things you cant pronounce or identify where they came from. Homemade fries ingredients? Potato, oil, optional salt.....Why give the human liver extra toxins to eliminate. Makes no sense at all. Also, look at the ingredients in McDonalds eggs-about 20 some odd strange things. Homemade egg ingredients? EGG. Sadly tho, the fast food companies will continue to thrive by fooling unsuspecting consumers that assume these foods, especially the genetically altered ones are good for them. Too sad

Homemade food is better for you. You can control the amount of fat that goes into it. Most fast food is full of fat and calories. Homemade is also tastier.

Home-made food. It's healthier, tastes better, too. And I cook much better now than when I was poor and single. (There were fast food joints back then, too, but I couldn't afford them.)

Definitely homemade. It's more fun to stay in and cook anyways, and it's usually cheaper.
