Ever wondered why women prefer to drop hints and beat around the bush? What is so terrible about being blunt and direct?

Im like that. I do that with guys because I want to make sure they really like me. And sometimes I hate being direct because Im afraid of coming on too strong, or afraid the guy isnt ready for something Im gonna say or something like that. And Im just a really shy person.

Because like men who arent really sure in being straight up and going upto the girl and askin them out cause theyre afraid of rejection its just our way of saving ourselves from rejection. So we drop hints hoping that you dudes will pick it up and make the move otherwise we'll think of other ways of dropping hints for you to be confident and making the move first.Its like playing poker mate you dont let everyone know what you got in your hand... whats the point in playing.
BUT NOT ALL WOMEN ARE LIKE THAT THERE ARE SOME WHO ARE MORE THEN JUST DIRECT AND BLUNT.
Youve just met the ones who arent as blunt and direct as you.

Not all women are this way. I choose to be the opposite and will tell you what I want to eat, where I want to be, and what I think they should do for me, and what a guy should buy me for a present. I think that some women do this to show their control over their man, but all in all it makes them look like a crazy *****. I choose to be blunt!!!! I'm a 21/f and things get done faster when you are blunt.

I suppose we can at times be sounding the person out! We may want to find out that persons perspective on things. Before we show our full hand! I have been like that too. But also so have many males. When it needs to be said blunt and direct I do it.

You must be hanging around the wrong women. Nurses and teachers are very direct. I'm a nurse and I say stuff, but soften the blow.
As woman mature, they tend to become more direct.
Some younger (20's) women I know who are direct tend to be rude or bossy because they don't know how to communicate well. Notice I say SOME!!! Not all!

Actually i have had it the other way around. I am always direct with men but they tend to beat around the bush. It's really irritating. We are adults, what is so hard about direct communication?

There are direct women out there.I'm pretty direct myself but women that can't be straight with you are really a waste of time 2 me.Because they will always play games ,who want's that.If you are staight forward and real then you will find the right one eventually.

honey sometimes its not so good to be blunt but it is a good thing to be honest and i could see how you would feel women arent umm open with the way they feel and things like that but if you fee that she is playin gwith you check into that.
but women are direct its just me arent able to listen very well

I don't know about the women you been with i tell it like it is because that's how i like my man to be with me....thou dost generalize too much, not every woman is the same ever heard that?
