I am currrently an 18 year old right now and i'm currently 5'8. What are good foods to eat that provide the best nutrients in good amounts that allow for height growth? (not really interested in muscle growth or anything, just height)

I don't believe that there is any food that will help you grow taller but there are a lot of foods that can give you a wide variety of nutrients that will keep your body healthy and strong. Are your parents tall? Your height has a lot to do with your genes. My brother was over 6 feet tall but my sister was 4'9, my
grandmother was that very height, so I believe that it depends on your inherited genes. you may remain 5'8 the rest of your life or you may end up growing a bit taller.

Sorry to disappoint you, but there really aren't any foods that will make you grow taller. Your height is genetically determined.

Certainly if you were malnourished or starving you may not be able to grow properly, because your body tissues would be burned for energy, which would interfere with normal growth.

Stick with a well balanced diet, carbs, protein and some fat, lots of water, fruits and veggies. That's your best bet for staying healthy.
