We are both in high school...
a few days ago i agreed that i would help him with his English project by typing up some stuff and emailing it back to him because he is an exchange student and needed help..
We are good friends and he wrote in the email...
"Maybe we can even do the project together sometime. For instance do it in the library at lunch sometime."
is this a hint that he would like to spend time with me and perhaps likes me more than a friend?
he also gave me his cell number and told me to please call him if i had any questions....

It sounds like he likes you and would like to spend time with you.

obviously can't be also u noticed, u like him, don't break his heart, he looks so kind and tender, or he probably feels like as friends don't spend so many time together, he wants you to notice him or well could be that he really needs help with his studies, are you the smarter in your class or something that might make you the most choosable person to do a proyect, well the question shouldn't be if he's flirting you, might be what to do? date him,well only if you want. but if you don't you'll have to live with that that you broke the heart to someone that could be that one, who knows, but you already got his part, it only takes you

exchange students are usually that friendly to be honest. dont make any moves on him anyway or you will just scare him away. if he does like you, then the hints will get much more obvious

Think about it...It can either be one or two things... He really wants to spend time with you... or... He needs someone to do all his work. Spend alittle time with him and find out for sure.

Make sure you are not being used to do his homework. Then if you still want to get closer to him by all means go for it.

1. just friends, he's just too nice to you
2. trying to know your reaction what'll you do, which means he might likes you
