Migraine headaches can't really be cured, but you can stop or limit the pain. Pending whether you want to go chemical or herbal or no drugs at all there are many options. Massages can relieve pain as well as lowering your stress environment. Chemical- excedrin often helps to a limit, but take it too often and you can damage your system or become immune to it. Herbs are an extensive resource. Things like catsclaw and devils claw can regulate blood through your brain much more efficiently (but are blood thinners). As well, most ginsengs (minus American ginseng) can regular blood and make the squeezed veins and vessels relax. But you should get a doctors opinion about some of these things as you could have prescriptions that interact poorly with herbs or excedrin.
