Not enough Scripture usually only quotes on verse with his lessons.
He says his goal is that people feel good when they leave. Well, then he must not choose to present on the Biblical material in the Biblical way it is presented to us.
And he does use modern psychology in his sermons, though there is nothing wrong with this generally but some of his sermons are more psychology than Bible.

He's a liar.
His sermons are all about how you can live financially securly, and "discover the champion in you" instead of preaching the message of Christ. He teaches that faith in Jesus will make you materiallly wealthy, when Jesus tells us to give up our wealth and give it to the poor.

your not supposed to worshiped the person.
i believe he is a good guy, but he doesn't teach the word of God.
and he is just making money from the people.
