Can someone who is Wiccan just worship the God and Goddess, or do you have to pick specific ones (like Bridgid for example)?

There are many different paths in wicca. In some traditions, they worship the Goddess and the God (no particular name).
Some worship pantheons and some don't. It depends on the person.

Weeeellllll...that depends. Some people (particularly eclectic Wiccans) believe in the all Goddesses are one Goddess, all Gods are one God theory. Others, though, are more traditional, and believe that only the specific facets of Deity (Lord and Lady, or certain English or Celtic deities) are a part of Wicca. So it really depends on who you talk to (and how much you care about what others think about your spiritual choices).

You can worship just the duality of spirit, the God and Goddess. We do. Some like to take it further and also worship a specific deity they associate themselves with because of personality traits, etc., and some worship different deities for different aspects of life or events. But all fall under the God and Goddess as more demi-deities than major deities.

My tradition believes that the different Gods and Goddesses are just aspects of the one God and Goddess which are the creative life force in the universe. We also do not use the word "worship", as that implies supplication rather than a loving relationship. We honor them and work with them.
