Something with both carbohydrate and protein in it. Perhaps low fat cheese and crackers, small bowl of cereal with milk, trail mix with raisins and nuts, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich or peanut butter crackers, banana with peanut butter, or breakfast bar (Kashi or AllBran) with skim milk.
Let me know if you need more help!

Depending on the type of workout of which I am not sure. But if you do moderate to heavy resistance weight training I suggest a protein drink or protein bar with a glass of milk.
If you mainly do cardio workouts then I suggest nuts or protein shake.
For either won a light salad with eggs and some form of protein should be on the salad.

I very small amount of carbs and protein together.....for example rice and fish is a great after work-out meal. Fruit and vegatables also give you vitamins and minerals your body needs. A sports drink is a great idea, because your body looses sodium when you sweat. Eat light so you will see the events of exercise.
