You could tell her, "I'm sorry- I know you are just being friendly, but it makes me uncomfortable when you push me so hard."
If she is a good friend she will understand, and also appreciate that you handled the situation using good etiquette to not hurt her feelings.

1) Use the ***** slap. It is an effective tool
2) Spit on her. Tell her sorry, you thought she was upwind. Then smirk.
3) Run her over with your car. Just he leg, not over her head. You just want revenge, not prison time! Tell her you did not see her. Sorry.
