If there was a god and he had a voice it would sound like Freddie Mercury.

I am sure there are people in insane asylums that think they are napoleon. In their world....their mind..., this is true. By the scientific methods of observation that we use to define and explore the aspects of our universe, they are not napoleon. The same is true when it comes to the idea of god. "True" meaning the real god...the one that exists is absurd. There is no evidence of god, so to claim your god to be the "true god" would be oxymoronic. As I have said before, religions claiming their god to be the true god reminds me of the movies Spartacus. When they all stand up and claim to be Spartacus, I think of world religions. The only difference is, in the case of religion Spartacus is not real.

I believe there is one true God and He is not the monster portrayed in the bible or Qua-ran.

Since the existence of god has never been proven, one could reasonably consider it so.
