I have fair skin and hair, yet I get the worst blackheads! I wash my face morning and night with a salicylic acid cleanser (noxema), but I still can't get rid of them. I'm 26--wasn't this supposed to end in high school??! Retin-A works to clear my skin very nicely, but I want some sort of treatment that's less harsh on my skin since I am at about 8000 feet elevation everyday.

I would personally go see a local dermatologist. I just prayed for you because I know this can be an sensitive issue

Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.
