I mean, if you study history, this period in "culture" is no different, and in many ways, somewhat better, than any other period in time. So whats the big to do?

The big to do is that TV, media, radio, magazines and the Internet
sensationalize everything from the stars to the world events There was evil in our parents generation and rape, incest and all these evils were happening even in biblical times as the saying goes there is nothing new under the sun.

It is sad that kids cant even be kids and are forced to grow up so fast.

All you have to do is look around you. Killings, Wars, Famine - we see all of these things taking place yet no one is doing anything to stop it from happening. Yes we are more advanced in many ways than centuries before, but that doesn't mean anything unless we can deal with stopping everything bad from happening. It will take a long time before everyone on the Earth can learn to live together and respect each others beliefs. Interpretation of certain religious texts can lead to a lot of problems for everyone but that is not the only place where all these problems start from. Best wishes.

We as humans have a choice to be good or be evil. Evil could be classified in many ways. From tying someone's shoe laces together while they are sleeping to murdering someone for kicks. And I am sure you can figure out good. The Cain and Abel syndrome as some people like to call it. It has nothing to do with joining a religion as somebody stated. It's a choice you, me or anyone chooses to live their life.

Well, if they did not say such stuff, then they have nothing to say.

If they say "things are fine, humanity is doing fine," then they would have no reason to exist.

Their purpose in life is to go around and criticizes humanity's achievements and stating that humanity is sinful and that this is a wicked time and so on and so forth.

You are right, people are people and always have been. It's just too bad, because most people suck and we do live in sinful evil times, even if it hasn't changed.

Those people who think that are usually involved in sin themselves. That's why they think evil times are "all around".

SOME of us still read God's Word. Used to be, most of us read it and believed it.......evil is measured as we percieve it. Evil is as bad now as it ever was and is getting worse. If we percieve evil to be ok or accepted, we will have that master (the devil), however, if we believe in the only truth, God's Word, we will have Him (God) as our master, the one Who spoke the universe into being, created heaven and earth..etc..... argue with this and you will eventually loose.
