Whys he trying to bring me into this mess??

Ok,I've just become friends with this one dude.We've been talking for probably alittle over a week,but we've became pretty close in a short amount of time.Him and his girlfriend are always fussing and fighting,and finally he broke up with her.We were talking,and I sorta just threw my opinion in about their relationship.Then I told him that it wasnt any of my business,not wanting him to think I was trying to butt in or anything.Then after I told him that it wasnt any of my business,he said that it was my business.That just confused the crap out of me.Why did he say it was my business when I dont even know his girlfriend or the type of relationship they have?

Sounds like he likes you. He's speaking to you about it maybe his confiding in you makes him feel like you should offer him relationship advice. Ask him straight out why he feels you should b involved in his relationship problems...
