you have to figure out what you are hiding that is making you that mad. what happened in the past that you regret or think that you some how could have changed.i used to be like that until i realized that there is nothing i could have done to change the death of a best friend. just remember that the last thing that people want to remember you by is this crazy angry person. live everyday like it your last cause you never know when it might be

When you figure out why you got mad, you've won half the battle. The next part is figuring out how to address what made you mad, and how to deal with it. I have the same problem; once I discover what's bugging me, I either deal with it or save it for when I can handle it rationally. Beats the heck out of drugs and booze, and it's not as expensive. Just remember to be cool about it, and don't let it get out of control.

Are you an ESTJ?

"Although ESTjs may appear in control of their emotions they periodically allow flashes of fury to break through. This often manifests when something goes wrong or somebody tells them how to do their job, especially if they deem that the accuser is not competent in what they are doing. In anger ESTjs may shout, throw or break things, often recalling their victims past failures.

First you should see a doctor to see if you are chemically imbalanced. Some times your chemistry can make you behave differently than you should. If you are not bi-polar or anything them it is a case of learning better self control.
