what is a good schedule foe me.....i have skewl frim 7 to 4:30 and i cant get up b4 6........? any ideas would be greatly aprecianted

shes just a middle schooler who wants to lose weight you guys so give her a break.

a good schedule for you would to eat half a sandwich for breakfast.
then bring the other half of the sandwich and a fruit for lunch at school.

then when you get home, you can go outside and play like basketball,soccer or if you have a dog you can walk your dog(S) or go outside and run with them for a while.
then at dinner you can eat lots of vegetable and fruits. replace the starches at your dinner with lots of fruits or vegetables and a small serving of meat. and drink atleast 3-4 glasses of water a day and with each meal.

From the looks of how you write, you need lots and lots of school so get plenty of sleep and eat a breakfast before going to school. Hopefully you will be able to learn how to spell and write.

Perhaps you need to focus more on your schooling before worrying about working out... for, school, from, I, before, appreciated... or go workout now rather than posting questions on yahoo answers that are barely legible...
