You put a little olive oil in their food, or a liquid called glavaderm (I don't know if it has the same name where you live).

Dander is dead flaking skin -- if kitty is scratching or seems irritated take it to the vet -- mention the dandruff the next time your take the cat in for a check up so the vet can examine it . It may be that a simple change in diet will help the dry skin or if it's more severe then the vet may prescribe something to keep the skin and coat moist.
