Tattoo removal is never cheap. It usually cost a few hundred bucks per session. You may be able to cover the tat with a new better one. Talk to a tattoo artist. Good luck........

Nowhere, which is the idea of a tattoo. Permanent means just that, permanent; like it's carved in stone. You can change a stone carving by filling in the little grooves with cement and re-carving it, but it's never quite perfect, and that's the way tattoos are.
So for the time being, until you can consult a proper specialist, you'll be using full-coverage make-up on it.
I wonder if anyone understands the how valuable piercings and tattoos are in preserving the virtue of young women from old coots like me. One look at those and anyone my age immediately loses interest, thus confining the young person's prospects to her younger and poorer colleagues.

there is no such thing as cheap tattoo removal. it is painful and expensive. laser is really the only thing that is proven to work but it still leaves a scar. i chose to do coverup instead.

You don't remove tattoo....you exchange them for scars..... Tattoos are permanent.
