Call your pediatrician. For her age most doctors will wait for 2-3 days before giving her anything to ease her nausea. Your biggest concern right now should be keeping her hydrated. Offer her 1-2 ounces of pedialite (sp?) every hour. It will be easier for her to keep it down if she is only taking in a little bit at a time. The frozen pops are great because kids get the liquid slowly instead of in big gulps. I hope she gets feeling better soon!

We were just in the doctor for this same thing. 3 days of puking and running bowel movements, she gave me this recipe. My daughter is 2 1/2.
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup rice cereal (the baby kind)
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Mix this up as a drink. Feed it to your vomiting child 1 teaspoon full at a time, every 5 minutes. Once the puking has stopped give 1/2 a cup to her every time she has runny stools.
Discard after 6 or 8 hours, or when it becomes to thick to drink
NO JUICE
NO MILK
Give any of the following, 1 teaspoon every 5 minutes.
Pedialite works better than gaterade or powerade, but whatever you may have will work.
7up, stir to get rid of the bubbles.
ginger ale, again stir to get rid of the bubbles

Pedlite {oral electrolite walmarts brand is under 3 dollars a bottle} atleast a liter per day to maintain hydration. My 9 month old son just went through this do not feed her just give her pedilite. You have to keep her hydrated that is the most important thing. Then have her see her Dr tomorrow odds are its a stomach virus that will just have to pass. there are medications your dr can give her that you rub on her wrists to stop the vomiting ask him about it. but if you slow things down the longer it will take for the virus to leave the body. With my son it lasted 5 days we were told to cut a pepto tablet in 4s and give a quarter of it to him twice a day it worked along w the pedilite. We tried the "Brat" diet..lol yeah what a joke that was!

My son was having the same problem, it was the tummy flu what I found that works is the Tylenol for the fever and either Pedialite or Gatorade. They work the same, to replenish your body with the minerals that is needs. Either of them will help and there's no need to add water to them. If the vomiting is really bad you can also give her some warm 7up or Ginger Ale throughout the day with the Pedialite or Gatorade. Don't microwave it just room temperature is good.

If the problem has not resolved within 48 hours, get your child to a doctor before dehydration occurs. Otherwise, in the meantime with such symptoms, go to the grocery store and buy Pedialyte. Give per directions. They will be able to keep it down in small amounts and this will rejuvenate the child so they can recover more quickly.

She has the Gasteric Bug / flu . I had those symptoms two weeks ago but I was ok after about 14 hours. The Gas is also a sign for Gasteric Flu. It stays with some people shorter or longer. Dont worry about it. Dont try to feed her if she is unwell because it will only cause her discomfort. She will be starving when it clears up and you can feed her then..

Just give her small amounts, a teaspoon or two of gatorade every 5 minutes. Stop the food for the day. Gradually increase the amounts by a teaspoon or so. Take her to the doctor if she gets lethargic... stops producing urine... stops crying tears or any other signs of dehydration.

As crazy as it sounds my friend used to swear by applesauce when her kids were sick. If in 24 hours she is still not keeping anything down by all means call your pediatrician.
