this works for me when I am addicted to a type of food. Just think of something disgusting that is related to the food.
You are eating fungi, the bread is a fungi and so are mushrooms and cheese. Or just think what happened to the pizza, I mean did you make it. You don't know where the person who makes the pizza's hand could have been. Scratching their butt? Picking their nose? They could have spit in the pizza then put the chees over it so you can't see. If this grosses you out sorry but you said to help stop your addiction! Think of the pizza as being something else like poop! Sorry I had to say that Well hope this helps!

If you are eating pizza daily, try minimizing that number to a smaller number (Seven days to five, five days to four, four days to two, two to one, one to zero). If you stop eating it altogether, your body will go into shock and crave it much more than you do now.

When you want to eat pizza and it's a day when you aren't eating it, drink water instead or take a bite out of celery.

Oh, and after you get off that addiction for a while, you can reward yourself with a small slice. Something to look forward to always helps when coming off an addiction like this ^^

I loved pizza but i realized ill get fat if i keep eating this stuff all the time
try to only eat it like once every 2 months or somthing
it worked for me i still have a taste for it but i just dont eat it that much!

Don't eat pizza anymore. Easier said than done, right? Well just slowly wean yourself off of it and also try and maybe chew gum or something to get your mind off of pizza. Good luck!

Stop buying it and eat different foods instead. At first, you might miss it, but after a while your addiction will go away.

Get someone to make you a disgusting pizza.. and eat it! Hopefully you'd be psychologically traumatized that you won't want to eat one ever again!
