Well if she hates you just walking up to her and asking her out will definatly make her talk about you in addition to her hating you. I suggest trying to become friends with her... seing as you 2 are not friends. Becoming friends with her will definatly maker her think twice about hating you. Then as you 2 start to gradually build your relationship, when the time is right... ask her out to like the movies or something.. ANd remember to pay for her.. Girls love it when a guy pays for them its a sign of respect! Trust me this will work.... But remember you guys acculey need to have a relationship with each other let it be friends or more whatever because with out that base there is nothing to build on too.

Just move on, I had a crush on my sisters best friend for a long time and she was the same way. Just find someone that is like her but don't ask her out. I think this is the best way.

This really depends on what she hates you for. If you did something to her or someone close to her then don't even consider it - it'll make her hate you more.
If she doesn't like you just because of who you are then chances are she's pretty shallow and you shouldn't waste your time on her.
In my opinion, don't go for it. She hates you and unless something changes she's never going to fancy you.
