Can kill you. Not a likely scenario, but if you stopped eating enough, didn't drink enough (as most people don't anyway) and mixed it with diet drugs, natural or otherwise, you could kill yourself. Most likely put you sick in the hospital though, as a likely worse case scenario.

In one week you'll just lose a whole bunch of water and might feel a little weak but I don't suggest doing this because after the week is over you're going to binge eat and gain the weight back and even gain a pound or two more than you did before going on that diet.

metabolism system get adapted working on emergency, then u even can eat 200 kal a day and will gain weight anyway... try Montignac it is not a diet thou, its a lifestile
