Well, either way, you're gonna download the file to your PC and it'll download just as fast whatever. Click RUN and as soon as you close the file you downloaded, it'll be automatically deleted (it's called a temporary file). Click SAVE AS and you can save it to a location on your PC of your choice and it won't be automatically deleted. While you have the dialog box open asking you which you want to do, the file will already be downloading (before you make the choice). Both ways are useful for different events.

Hope this helps : )

I always choose save because in the past I've tried to use the file and it hasn't worked properly so I've needed to download it again. If you save the file, after you have finished with it you can delete it so you haven't lost anything.

well....the run runs the application for you once and that's it. you can't do it again unless you spend the time for the download again.
the save saves the application on your comp for further re-runs.

For example: If you want to see a photo, and you click run you only gonna see it then and when you close the window that's it. If you choose save the photo is gonna be saved on your computer and you can see it again when you like to.

it is better to save it, and then install it from the saved file. If something happens to the program, you can re install it instead of downloading it again.

It depends on you.....

If you plan on using the software again then save it

If your just going to install it and be done with it run it, this way you wont take up extra space on your drive for a file your never going to use again.

zip files you should always save

Use the safe way: save.
You can scan for viruses, etc before run the program.
