Do they have musical instruments? Get a bunch of musical instruments--shakers, flutes, etc. and have a JAM SESSION! I do this with my 5 year old and my baby--the baby shakes the shaker and we play different instruments. Anything can work--even pots and spoons. If they don't have any instruments, you can do a craft with them to make some (toilet paper tubes filled with rice and taped with duct tape and decorated).

Also, my older boy loves to make a train out of cardboard boxes--decorate them, tie them together, fill them with stuffed animals, or the small kids, and pull the train around the house!

Build a fort with chairs, tables, blankets, etc.
There are lots of websites with good ideas out there... Have fun!

well thank god u are patient with all those kids. but honestly u shouldnt be babysitting all those kids at your age. there are so many kids per age teens can only babysit. those parents better be paying a hefty amount!

Arts and Crafts are alot of fun..

Here are some craft projects for toddlers...

1. Photo frames...
Need: poster board, glue ( stick or bottle), and decorations ( see tips)

cut out poster board to frame size (2 pieces) cut out square in 1 of them.. decorate.. glue sides together leaving enough space for pics..

2. Pipe Cleaner People
Need: pipe cleaners

twist pipe cleaners to make people, animals whatever...

3. magnets
Need: magnet strip, craft glue-superglue-hotglue, anything thats fun..

we get the little wooden shapes from the craft store and paint them

4. Coloring Collage
Need: Poster Board, coloring book, crayons..

My kids love this.. they color pics in their coloring book, I cut them out and we paste them to a poster board..

5. Jewelry
Need: yarn, anything with a small hole--- pasta, beads, etc ( be carful of choking pieces)

thread it thru and tie it big enough to slip over their heads..
6. Clothespins
supplies: clothespins and paint

paint them.. use them to close bags of food, add a magnet and use them to clip things to the fridge.... very fun and easy to make... elaborate and add pom poms or googlie eyes...

7. thumbprint fun
needed: Ink pad, paper, pencil and thumbs..

use your thumbprint and make flowers, animals silly faces..

But here are my tips.........

1. Paper plates... we buy the "saucer size" paper plates for putting paint or glue on etc..
2. Glue... I like glue sticks but if we use bottle glue we put a little on a plate and the kids use paintbrushes to apply... very easy for small children...
3. Decorations... I use scrap peices of constrution paper, dried beans and pasta, in the craft section we buy the jewels that have a flat back, and pom poms...

You can also act out a story book... build a princess castle out of blocks...Play dress up and sing and dance.
