I'd just say to them:
just grow it out--- be yourself!

I had 20 inch extensions last summer i wanted a change from my just below shoulder length style. I enjoyed the look but they are hard hard work not to mention expensive. My boyfriend hated them he couldn't run his fingers through my hair and n the bedroom i had to be careful because otherwise in the morning it would be so matted. So I wouldn't rush to have them again.

To be honest I don't think anything about it. I do prefer women who are not fake in anyway, but hair can be sort and long, blonde or brown...
I will say that I don't like girls that take ages getting ready, so that may automatically include girls that get this done, who knows.
Anyway, it's not as bad as a girl who wears a padded bra.

They bought into the beauty myth. There's nothing wrong with wanting to look a little glamorous, but usually clean and wholesome will do just fine. Also, a woman who works THAT hard on her hair may be a little high maintenance in a relationship.

Well i occassionally put braids in my hair but only because i have to go to college early and can't handle the stress of packing or straighting my hair in the morning. To me it's a matter of choice but i try to have braids when i have exams and my natural hair at other times.

They must be very keen and willing to suffer. I cant say as they look worth the trouble or money .I would think it would be better to pay out on a expensive hair cut.
