With reference to the answers already given, the correct answers are those that have:
(Ella) tiene quince años (with the squiggle - known as a "tilde" - over the "n"). The version without the tilde - Ella tiene quince anos - means "She has fifteen anuses!!!"
On my keyboard I can reproduce ñ by pressing alt+0241 - on Spanish keyboards it usually has its own key.
...and sadly, Munchkin does not appear to have paid attention to her Spanish teacher, as her offering means absolutely nothing in Spanish....

Ella tiene quince años.
In Spanish tiene = has.
You say she has 15 years, rather than she is 15 years old.

"Tiene quince años" /tiene kinse anios/
(In Spanish you don't usually mention the pronoun - "she = ella" - unless that can't be understood in the context and you really need to say that you're talking about a girl)
