Depends on the woman, but in general I would say no. Try taking it a bit slower. Most girls want to be friends and be paid attention to and treated nice before they will even *think* of going to bed with anyone.

Yeah Man, you are kind of jumping the gun here. When a woman winks at you while talking, it's just a flirtatious sign. It definitely does not necessarily mean she wants to jump in the sack with you. It's also subjective; every woman is different. Trust me, if a woman wants to sleep with you, you WILL know about it. But it's got to be based on more than a wink!

Wink mean you may look good or hot or whatever appropriate word for it, but doesnt have to mean she want to f you right there and then. Its a way of flirting, which most of the time mean that they want you, but its still too early to jump to the conclusion.
