Hey Peter, you have to change your approach. It sounds like you are a yo-yo dieter. You should set up a proper eating programme and exercise programme. Don't concentrate on the weight lose but rather on a life style change of eating healthy foods and doing regular exercise. Dieting never works, you need to change your life style. Good Luck!

You have to maintain a healthy diet and exercise. Crash diets for a week or a month and then going back to a regular overeating diet are not going to work.
