I was just wondering, if a guy sees a hott or attractive girl several times and even locks eyes with her, does he ever think or dream about her. And what does he think about? Sex?

This is a bit more complicated than you might want, but here goes.
Human males think about sex, by nature, every 6-11 seconds. It may be a meaningless or passing thought, but males in nature are built to be ready for sex at a moment's notice when the female of same species wants to.
Female humans, by contrast, are more affected by moods and hormones, and usually only think about sex/situations every 15 minutes or so. This is very general information here, so don't panic about specifics.
The bottom line is a man will notice a pretty woman and physically think about what it would be like to "jump her bones" but the time passes quickly without relevancy. Males do want stability in their sex lives and ideally won't stray from someone they are committed to. That being said, there are jerks out there who want to keep score and get big numbers.
As long as you are communicating with your man and you have a compatible sex life, no problems with looking.

It depends on the guy, I think. Just last night I saw a woman who was devastatingly attractive; at first, I thought about sex; but then I wondered what she did for a living, what kinds of books she read, what she did for fun, so on and so forth. I felt kinda bad because I had to leave later... Darn...

Yeah, as soon as i see a hot girl for the first time i immediately think of what i would like to do to her. It's just a natural instinct but it doesn't mean if we were in a relationship we would actually want to do those things to another woman. Don't worry as long as your boyfriend is staring for longer than say 5 seconds. The give him a quick elbow nudge.

depend on the guy. I've seen guys build these imaginary shires around women whom they've only passed on the street. Than for many its a lust thing too. Mainly though n my experience its been more like a what if, not necessarily about sex. u know?

Of course not necessarily have sex but sometimes wonders what it would be like to be with her have a quick fantasy. Don't women think the same when they see a cute guy.

Not all guys instantly think about sex when they see a nice looking girl. Now i'm not going to lie we think about it but it's one thing to think about it and another thing to know the boundaries. We may think about it but you also have to frespect a women in the process.

It also depends on the girls body and what she is wearing.
