Ok here it goes, theres a guy named andrew that i think that i like...everytime i see him in the halls at school (im in high school) we lock eyes and i feel like chills run up my spine..no joke...and i just found out that his little sister is my little sister's best friend, so whenever they are on the phone, they purposely put us on the phone, but other than one time at school i have never talked to him. Still everytime if he doesnt see me and his friends do, then they'll like nudge him and be like there she is...he even smiles at me sometimes....but he never talks to me...heres another thing, apparantly he asked some girl out last week but that was only a rumor...whats going on here? Does he like me?

He probably likes you. Take a chance and go talk to him and see how your chemistry is together.

You're putting far too much pressure on yourself. And that is possibly because your flirting has become a three ring circus with about 100 other people involved.
You already know the answer here. Yes, he likes you, but he is probably just as nervous as you are. Like most teenage boys he feels he must "do something" but he probably doesnt know what that is, haha.
So just make it easy for him to talk to you. Next time you see him, ask him an ice breaker. "I like your shirt," "Did you see 24 last night?" "You happen to know if we have math homework due?" Something meaningless like that to get the ball rolling. That's all you need to do.

Can't you just talk to the poor guy? He is as unsure as you are...
someone has to make the first move. Ask him to hang out one afternoon or something, get together over some homework...I don't know...something! When you are talking on the phone to him suggest something you could do together. He probaby likes you. Don't be scared.

It appears that he does like you. Talk to him and ask him if he is seeing anyone at this time. If he's not then tell him how you feel about him and that you are interested in getting to know him better. If he's smiling at you and his friends alert him when you come around he's feeling you. Go for it.

be friend with him and if you can use your little sister use her
the romour must only done by your friends to get your reaction
if he smiles at you at the hallway smile at him and say hello
introduce yourself and say hows your sister
start a conversation and just be friendly

yes he does...this is exactly like me.last year when i was a freshman i liked a junior and he happened to be my best friends older brother...weird kinda at first but not really.so everytime i was on the phone with her she would purposely hand him the phone and we would talk...but yea i didnt talk to him that much before we started dating and his friends would always say stuff..he likes you-and if you 2 are at all like me and my guy..youll be going for a while(its been over a year.)

Does he talk to other girls? Maybe greet him and see if he is in a hurry to get away or if he is eager to stay. Just don't get your feelings hurt if it's the former. Maybe his friends are nudging him because they think you like him and tease him about it.

I think the best thing to do is try to talk to him and get to know him before yo try to ask him out. I think it's a possibility that he likes you , but there's no way to be sure unless you ask him yourself.

well if his friends nudge him and r like there she is then chances are that he likes you cuz if he didnt then he would not even look at you!!GOOD LUCK!!
