I eat fairly well, I don't eat much junk food (except a little Haagen Dazs once a month) and I do a lot of walking. The last time I was in a pharmacy, I checked out the over the counter diet pill section, and there are SO MANY out there right now! Have any of these worked for you? Any recommendations are most welcome.

I do fun activity outside (like swimming in the ocean) and lots of walking. I don't eat a lot, probably less than the average person. I think it's a stress thing. I just want to be more mentally alert than I am now. I've been depressed, and I've been sleeping a lot. I just need a diet pill that will help me not to sleep so much, and get myself in gear! Thanks

Diet pills are a danger and most of the time a false soulution. What works for me is doing stuff that is active and fun!
