I stopped drinking 16 years ago but I have ate wierd things sober.
I lived on Okinawa for a while so I have tried raw fish (it sucks) however I did like raw octopus (they call it taco-not to be confused with what we call a taco) i have also had snails in France(not as gross as it sounds) I have had grilled eel(very tasty) and once in Japan I bought their version of a chex like snack ya know with pretzel and nuts and sunflower seeds and tiny little crackers-well i wasnt paying attention and soon discovered i had also been consuming tiny dried fish in the snack bag. I thought something tasted odd. that was nasty.

I wasn't at the pub but in China. We had for one of our plates Fried stuffed Crickets. (some kind of fish stuffing) They were actually ok since they were so well cooked. As long as you didn't get those antenna's stuck between your teeth!!!

Most people will be put off by this but I like Tripe,Mmmm. If I've had a few too many, I can't remember, but last night I had some mussles, prawns and Squid rings in a seafood cocktail.

I don't think I have had anything too werid, but after I am drunk I can either eat NOTHING at all or scarf things down so fast I don't even remember what it tasted like.

Well it wasn't me, but last night we were at my son's in-laws and they had a chocolate fountain so he and a few others were putting tomato and lettuce and just about anything in it and eating it. Apparently tomato and chocolate is the worst!

Cold kebab after passing out having ordered it, then waking up at dawn and needing to eat something.
I'm shuddering remembering my crazy student days!

Slices of that elephant's leg in the takeaway's window in a pitta bread, with salad and pain in a sauce.
