If she's not shown any signs of liking you back then she might not, to state the obvious.
However, you never know, so maybe it's best to talk to her and ask her if she has the same feelings as you do for her. Don't just ask her out out of the blue.
If she doesn't have the same feelings it will be awkward for a little bit, but make sure you tell her you don't want how you feel to affect your relationship. And also, don't take it to heart if she doesn't like you and try to let it go.

.......first of all, how long have you two been best friends???...second of all, i'm experienced in this area, i've been on and off with my best friend for a year now :)....and we both know, because it's happened already, that we can go back to being friends should anything happen.....tell her how you feel :).....just tell her straight out :)..good luck!!..just remember to talk to her ahead out time about what would happen between you two if you split.......make sure you guys can be friends afterwards otherwise you're throwing something away and it's not worth the risk.

just tell her egsactly how you feel!!
i'm going out with m best friend. we've been going out 4 half a yr now. he was my best friend and he helped me through all my boy troubles. one day, i was thinking of asking him out, but asked him if he thought i went through boys too fast, and he said yes, so that unnerved me a lil, but a week after, i poured my heart out to him, and he listened to everything. now we're going out and are very happy, and i actually think he's the one.
if she likes you, she'll listen to you, if she doesn't and turns you down, then don't take it to heart. you are best friends, she may be scared that if u too were ever to break up, ur friendship would never be the same.
