My Stomach???? -- i need and answer?

My stomach is aching in the lower area..j it feels like it is cramping..... i feel very grouchy... this has never hapened to me before... whats wrong

Are you getting diarrhea? YOu are grouchy 'cause you don't feel good. Please call the dr. or go to the dr. asap. Take care.
