Yes, JJ, you should get one. I just got my shot in Dec. '06, good for another ten years. It fights Tetnus/Diptheria both. Both are serious illnesses. We all need to get our TD vaccines every ten years. The nurse will/should give you an information sheet on the shot for you to read-in regards to the vaccine, the dieseases it helps to prevent. Very interesting and brief info. Take care.
