For level 7, you have to have at least 25,00 points. You get unlimited questions a day, you can answer as many questions as you'd like, and you can post any number of comments. You can vote 100 times, you can star 100 things. You can also rate as much as you want!
I am not a level 7, though. I just looked it up.
