Kissing really isn't something you can learn by being told about it. A couple of hints, though -- you can tell a lot about a person's personality by the way they kiss. Too soft equates to a pushover. Too hard means desperation and sometimes a tendency to be a bully. Don't swallow their whole face and don't stick your tongue any farther in their mouth than they do in yours. As in all things, moderation.
Remember to breathe through your nose and to swallow periodically so the kiss isn't too wet.
You don't want to go around kissing everyone you know, but maybe the best way to get some (non-humiliating) practice is to honestly ask a friend. "I don't really know how to do this and I don't want to be a total geek when I'm kissing some hot guy. Not that anybody could be hotter than you, of course."

Some of the people who have answered your question are being rude, sarcastic and insensitive so don't listen to them.
Wait until there's a good time to kiss (you obviously know when this time is if you've kissed someone before). When your lips are together then kiss the guy over and over, but make it flow! If you want to use tongues, just gently massage his tongue with yours.
You'll soon get the hang of it.

You must be too young if you are asking this quesion.
With the lips, preferable, and keep your tongue inside! Just part your lips slightly and don't slobber all over the guy! A little lip action is ok, don't just lay lifeless lips on his! LOL Hopefully he will be a savvy kisser himself. If he is a nice guy he will not stick his tongue down your throat the first kiss. Have fun!

Start by gently kissing his lips, then move your tounge across his bottom lip and then just play with the underside of his tounge with yours.

Make sure your lips are nice and soft, kiss gently and NEVER stick your tongue all the way down someones throat =X Besides that, take your time and enjoy the experience =)

At your age I would not use the tongue. People will talk and laugh and make fun of it. Kissing was invented to taste what your lover was eating according to the people who believe they wrote history (Romans/Americans - what's the difference?) I believe kissing was invented by the mere desire to touch.
