going with TalkTalk? if you are thinking of it because of the low price ....... DON'T DO IT!!! we did and had months of absolute grief and no service at all and it took time to get back with BT.

TalkTalk had no idea of what they were doing at all and we wrote to the managing director and got no reply, it cost us a fortune using our mobile phones to make calls - our Son had the same trouble and is now taking them to court over it.
They might as well advertise that it's a penny for life because you get nothing from them.

I heard the same horror stories about Vonage. When I was looking to get rid of AT&T, I happily switched to MCI.

Thank goodness in the US we have options. Not many, but we have them.
