Your asking this question just to annoy us, right?
The main difference between boys and girls without saying anything inappropriate is that a guy has a x and y chromosome while girls have two x chromosomes.
Cheers!

I would have to say that the only difference is in the anatomy of a male and female. The male and female body are very different and it's not just with the obvious. Males and females have different bone structures, women have feminine issues that men do not. I have met females with personalities identical to that of a man and males who have a very feminine persona so it's hard to say that men and women are different in that respect.
