What? im not, I want to find the truth about other religions! maybe you should re-phrase the question as 'Why are some people afraid to find the truth about thier own religion?'

who are you specifically speaking to?
I am Catholic. I love being Catholic. I read about other world religions and talk on chat room and email people from around the world that are Muslims, Jewish, Hindus and even atheists. I enjoy learning about other faiths. But I have to say that Catholicism is the right religion because we worship the one and only true God. But I still have respect to others and their faiths. Just like I would expect them to respect my religion and respect my decision to remain a Catholic. None it scares me. Reading and talking to others has only made me stronger in my faith and made me close to God.

I'm not, and investigate others when I have the opportunity. I just finished reading the Book of Mormon -- a pile of pretentious drivel, which would not be believed by anyone with the brains of a gnat. I have examined Christianity and Islam; both are unsustaiinable.

Questioning anything is frowned upon in almost every religion. Besides, why question other faiths when you already know that those practitioners are wrong and are going to burn for eternity regardless?

Because it may want me to deny my most beautiful Heavenly Mother, Mary. Plus I am very comfortable with the Roman Catholic which Jesus instituted.

The truth that they're all baseless?
I've known this for quite a while.
Then again, all religions are baseless.
