Can anyone provide a company name that insures engagement rings? The store my husband bought it from doesn't do that.

If you own a home, check with the company providing your homeowner's insurance. Same of you have renter's insurance. If you don't have either ask for a referral from the company providing your auto insurance.

Call your insurance agent and have it added to your homeowners or renters policy. It's only literally a couple bucks more a year. They'll just want proof of how much it was bought for, like a receipt.

You would just go to the same company that does your current house or renter's insurance. They will be able to handle it for you.
